As a result of the complex analysis of petromagnetic, micro- and macrofaunistic data of deposits on the Callovian - Oxfordian boundary brds of Dubki section (Saratov), which is one of candidates for the Oxfordian GSSP, it is established significant correlation between magnetic susceptibility variations and changes of an abundance, a specific variety ot ostracods, foraminiferes and ammonites. As a possible explanation of the revealed interrelations it is offered the variant of
paleocological reconstruction, considering factors of change of a sea level and concentration of organic matter in the deposits.
